Mallorca Holiday Transfers is the commercial name for Autocares Devesa S.L, a limited company trading under current Spanish legislation and registered with the Mercantile Register of Mallorca.

For trading purposes, Autocares Devesa S.L., and the trade marks, Mallorca Holiday Transfers, have registered the email address info@mallorcaholidaytransfers.com.

Before requesting a service electronically with Autocares Devesa S.L., through the website: www.mallorcaholidaytransfers.com, customers should ensure they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions laid out in this document, as these will govern any subsequent contract.

If you have any doubts or questions relating to said Terms and Conditions, we recommend you contact our Customer Service before proceeding with any service booking.


Through our websites, Autocares Devesa S.L. offers services as an agent for the contracting of travel transfers for individuals and groups.

Autocares Devesa S.L.’s sole responsibility is as an agent for the parties concerned.

Once you enter into a contract with Autocares Devesa S.L., the Company will undertake the necessary formalities to contract the travel service. Said contract is confirmed once the service supplier accepts the transfer request and the customer is notified.

As a travel transfer provider, Autocares Devesa S.L. pledges to provide reliable and punctual transfer services to the best of our abilities.

Transfers with AUTOCARES DEVESA S.L are NON – transferable and NON -refundable. We reserve the right to offer future discounts, credits or other considerations in select circumstances at our sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and an election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.

We monitor all flights for delays, and once your flight has landed we will wait a maximum of 60 minutes for you to meet our driver. If you are experiencing further delays through customs or passport control once you have landed, it is your responsibility to contact our team on the number or WhatsApp provided with your booking as soon as possible with your name and ref number to advise us of a further delay. We will then be able to wait a further 30 minutes for you (total of 90 minutes after landing). In the event of you not contacting us with post landing delays we will not wait longer than 60 minutes.


Each customer has a luggage allowance of one 25 Kg bag or suitcase and one piece of hand luggage, unless additional items have been specified at time of booking. All luggage must be securely labelled.

Any excess or additional luggage must be declared at time of booking. The passenger will be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared additional luggage.

Golf clubs and bicycles are charged extra per item and must be declared at time of booking.
