FAQ’s

Can I take my bike on a airport transfer in Mallorca?

Yes, when you make your booking please include the number of bikes you will be bringing so we arrive with the correct size vehicle.

Can you supply invoices?

Yes, we can give you an invoice for your transfer costs when required. Please contact us after making your booking to request an invoice.

How do I book an airport transfer in Mallorca?

Use the ‘Book Now’ page and follow the instructions.

How many people can travel in an airport transfer?

We have multiple vehicles of between 7 and 55 seats.

How soon should I book an airport transfer in Mallorca?

As soon as you have your flight details.

I left my bag in the transfer vehicle, how do I get it back?

Contact us and we will do our best to get it back to you asap.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We watch all flights to ensure that we are there when you need us to be.

Do you supply baby seats?

Yes we do, let us know when you book how many you need and for which ages.

Should I tip the driver?

That is completely up to you! If you have recieved good service and feel the driver should be able to get him or herself a coffee or something more on you, then please go ahead.

What is my luggage allowance?

In addition to cabin bags, we have anough space for one hold size suitcase per passenger. If you are bringing additional sports equipment with you, please purchase these items when booking (bike boxes, golf bags etc).

Where do I meet my driver?

The simple airport collection point will be sent to you in your confirmation email.

Will I be dropped off at my hotel or villa?

We will drop you at the address you have given us when booking (let us know if plans change so we can plan accordingly). If you need to collect or drop off your villa key, just include the details when booking and that will become part of our friendly service.
